We keep things simple. Juniperock collects only the information we need to run the shop, help you choose the right camera, and get your order to the right place.
01 / What we collect
When you browse, we may receive basic technical information such as your browser type, device, and the pages you visit. When you place an order or contact us, we collect the details you choose to share: name, email, delivery address, order information, and the contents of your message.
We do not store full payment card numbers. Payments are handled by our payment partners using their secure systems.
02 / How we use it
We use information to process and deliver orders, communicate about your order, respond to questions, improve the shop, prevent fraud, and — only when you opt in — send Juniperock notes and new-arrival updates.
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the shop, such as delivery, payment, hosting, and email providers, and only for the job they are doing for us.
03 / Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you. You can unsubscribe from notes at any time by using the link in the email or writing to us. Some information may need to be retained when the law requires it or when it relates to an open order.
