Product availability and prices are shown when you place an order. We try to keep every detail accurate, but if a material error is found we will contact you before completing the order. An order confirmation means we received your request; the contract is formed when we confirm dispatch.
Used equipment is sold with the condition information shown on its product page. Product photography may show a representative item; ask us for more detail when condition is important to you.
03 / Returns & delivery
We offer a 30-day return window from delivery for eligible items. Items should come back in the condition received, with original accessories. Custom, damaged, or clearly used-beyond-testing items may not qualify. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, but we will work with you if a carrier causes trouble.
